地域/情報研究室

新しく地域/情報研究室に配属されましたB4の臼杵です。
4/11(木)に第1回研究室ゼミが行われました。ゼミでは4月から配属になったB4の大野さん、笹木くん、武田くん、臼杵、M1の下田さんから自己紹介と研究の関心についての発表が、M2の小林さんからドイツ留学の成果報告がありました。

また、ゼミ終了後にはOB・OGの方々も含めて新入生歓迎会を開催していただきました。

これからよろしくお願いします！

I am Usuki, a B4 student newly assigned to the Regional Planning and Information Laboratory.
The first laboratory seminar was held on Thursday, April 11. In the seminar, Ono-san (B4), Sasaki-san (B4), Takeda-san (B4) Usuki (B4), and Shimoda-san (M1), who have been assigned to the lab since April, introduced themselves and gave a presentation on their research interests. Kobayashi-san (M2) also reported on the results of his study abroad in Germany.
After the seminar, we also had a welcome party for new students including alumni and alumnae.
We look forward to working with you from now on!

本日4/4(木)に交通研と合同で新入生ガイダンスを行いました。

地域/情報研究室と、交通研こと交通・都市・国土学研究室は同じ学生部屋を使用しており、今年度は両研究室合わせて10人以上の新入生が新たに所属することになりました。

今年度も交通研との交流を積極的に進めて行ければと考えております。

また、桜の季節となり研究室横にはとてもきれいな桜が咲いています。

今年度も研究室一同頑張っていきたいと思います！

We held a guidance for newcomers with Behavior in Networks Studies Unit.

We two laboratories share the same student room, and this year, more than 10 new students became members of us.

We hope to continue to actively promote exchanges with the Behavior in Networks Studies Unit this year as well.

By the way it is the season of cherry blossoms, and beautiful cherry trees are blooming next to our laboratory.

先月でM2だった片山さんが修士課程を修了され、地域/情報研究室を卒業されました。おめでとうございます！！
それに際して、3/26（火）にOBの方、新たに4月からメンバーとなるB4の学生の方にも参加していただき、総勢15名で追いコンを行いました。
追いコンの最後には、旅行好きの片山さんに向けて、さまざまな場所を旅行していただきたいという願いを込めて、スクラッチ式の世界地図をプレゼントしました。
その後、博士課程を修了された邱さん、お世話になった先生方・秘書の石田さんへもプレゼントを贈りました。
また、学部を卒業した我々も地情研Tシャツをプレゼントしていただきました！今後、大切に使わさせていただきます。

片山さん、地域/情報研究室を卒業されてしまいましたが、今後のイベントにはぜひお越しください！

Last month, Katayama-san (M2) graduated from this Laboratory. Congratulations!
We held the farewell party on 3/26 (Tue) with 15 people, including alumni and new students who will become members from April.
At the end of the farewell party, we presented Katayama-san, who loves travelling, with a scratchable world map!
We then presented gifts to Qiu-san, who has completed her doctoral studies, and to our teachers and secretary, Ishida-san.
I and Sakaban-san, who graduated from the undergraduate course, were also presented with this lab’s T-shirts! We will use them carefully.

3/21 (木) に修了式が開催されました．
地情研からはD3の邱さんとM2の片山が無事修了し，学位記をいただきました．

博士課程3年、皆様には大変お世話になりました。今後も研究員として努めてまいりますので、引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。

学部・修士と3年間大変お世話になりました。
先生方や研究室のメンバーに支えられて、非常に楽しく過ごすことができました。
学生間で教えあったり、議論したりできる環境で学べたことを感謝しています。
来年からは研究室を離れ、企業に就職しますが、地情研で学んだことを活かしていきたいと思います。

Thank you all for your tremendous support during my three years in the doctoral program. As I embark on my journey as a researcher, I am deeply grateful for your continued encouragement and guidance.

Thank you very much for your support during my three years as an undergraduate and master’s student.
I had a very good time with the support of professors and laboratory members.
I am grateful to be in an environment where students can teach and discuss with each other.
I will leave the laboratory next year and start working for a company, and I would like to make use of what I have learned in this laboratory.

3/22（金）に工学部1号館15号講義室において社会基盤学科の卒業式が開催されました．
地域/情報研究室では，現在B4の僕（嶋野）が卒業式に出席し，学位記を頂くとともに，工学部長賞（学修）などの表彰をしていただきました．また，卒業式の最後には答辞を読ませていただきました．僕自身，答辞を読むのはこれまでの人生で初めての経験だったので緊張でかなり震えてしまいましたが，なんとか最後まで読み切ることができてほっとしています．
式後に研究室の皆さんと写真を撮ることができたのですが，布施先生と写真撮影することが叶わなかったので，来週3/26（火）に開催される追いコンにてご一緒に撮影したいです！
社会基盤学科に来てから2年半，地域/情報研究室に来てから1年間，本当にお世話になりました！特に，この1年間は初めての研究室生活で慣れないこともある中で，安田先生・多くの先輩方には日頃の雑談から研究のアドバイスまで様々な面で助けられ，布施先生には研究への向き合い方を教えていただきました．来年度からも宜しくお願い致します！

M2とB4で作成した先生方への感謝を込めた横断幕が工学部1号館正面に飾ってあります！来週まで掲示する予定です！個性豊かな感謝のメッセージや絵が描かれておりますので，機会あればぜひご覧ください！


The graduation ceremony of the department of civil engineering was held on 22 March (Fri) in Lecture Room 15, Engineering Bldg. 1.
I attended the graduation ceremony and received a diploma. And I gave a speech in the end of the ceremony. It was the first time for me, so I was very nervous. However, I managed to read it 
After the ceremony, I was able to take photos with the member of this lab, but I wasn’t able to take photos with Fuse-sensei (Prof. Fuse), so I want to take photos with Fuse-sensei in the farewell party on 26 March (Tue).
I would like to thank you for all your help and support over the past two and a half years since I came to the Department of Civil Engineering and one year since I came to this lab!
